After implementing the classified management of enterprises, the high class law-abiding enterprises simplify the customs formalities, speed up the speed of customs clearance, reduce the cost of customs clearance, bring real convenience and benefits to enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.

And customs supervision force will be mainly used for tight supervision of low class discredit enterprises, prompting enterprises to regulate their import and export behavior, and also play a warning, education and preventive role for other enterprises.

The implementation of this method will play a positive role in standardizing the import and export behavior of enterprises, encouraging enterprises to abide by the law and self-discipline, establishing partnership between customs and enterprises, ensuring trade safety and convenience, improving customs law enforcement environment, rationally configuring customs management resources, and improving customs management efficiency.

At present, our province has 2 import and export "Red List" enterprises, 13 A-class enterprises, and nearly 400 B enterprises.

For the enterprises in Qinghai Province, the new method reduces the classification standard of enterprises, so that the enterprises who are honest and law-abiding in the province, but with low import and export volume each year, have the opportunity to be rated as high class enterprises, enjoying more customs clearance and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
