The LonRevise of Chang Gang City is mainly based on quality inspection and processing.

Recently, they have developed the printing and dyeing technology of three-dimensional textiles recently. They maintain the synchronization of technology and products through cooperation with large underwear manufacturers.

The company hopes to expand the application scope of this technology through this action.

Stereoscopic forming

Spin

The technology of three-dimensional forming of fabrics in the textile stage is adopted.

Because the surface of the fabric is concave and convex, it can not be colored by conventional printing and dyeing technology.

After introducing the inkjet printing and dyeing machine, LonRevise considered using the equipment to develop new technology, and decided to stereoscopic textile printing and dyeing as a research and development topic.

They have developed a mold that can stereoscopic textile fabric in three-dimensional printing and dyeing process.

In the spring and summer of 2009, the Body Wild products launched by Gunze fully developed the characteristics of the technology and succeeded in printing and dyeing 3000 stereotex molded underwear products.

Usually, in garment production, the stitching fabric pattern is very strict in the sewing process, and it is very difficult.

Because the technology can be used for dyeing and finishing in the garment stage, it saves the time consuming pattern of stitching, and overcomes the problems of incomplete patterns, uneven color of concave and convex parts, and unsteadiness of dyestuffs.

Because the shape of finished products is different, it needs to be based on different shapes.

Mould for finished products

Taking into account the cost of production and other issues, LonRevise has made some improvements in processing raw materials and manufacturing processes to compress printing and dyeing costs, and has independently developed and improved steam equipment.

In order to improve the professionalism of dyeing and finishing industry and highlight the equipment strength of main business, they have done a lot of work in printing and dyeing.

Generally, T-shirts and other knitted garments are commonly used for dyeing and finishing.

But from the perspective of coating's firmness and color effect, dyestuff has always been more advantageous.

Especially the garments made of three-dimensional textile have higher requirements for printing fastness.

Therefore, in addition to the existing bleaching and dyeing equipment, LonRevise also introduced steam equipment.

In order to avoid the problem of chromatic aberration in the process of high temperature steaming, after repeated experiments and tests, they summed up a set of standardized production processes and processes for temperature and time.

But before printing and dyeing, the mold can not be automatically operated. Basically, it is still in manual operation. It can only finish about 10 units at a time.

LonRevise provides high value-added services combined with quality inspection, sewing, logistics and distribution of main businesses, and finds the way for enterprises to survive and develop in garment production subsidiary industries.
