Physical examination showed that 62% of the civil servants had abnormal physical examination index. That is to say, most of the civil servants in the city are in "sub-health" or in a state of illness. According to analysis, the abnormal physical examination index increases with age. In this physical examination, the abnormal rate of civil servants in the age of 35 accounted for 43.63% of the total number of medical examiner, and the abnormal rate of civil servants over 35 years old accounted for 65.69% of the total number of medical examiner. Among them, the highest incidence of hyperlipidemia was 32.73%, followed by hypertension was 27.66%, fatty liver accounted for third, 17.59%. Wang Fuguo, deputy chief physician of the medical health examination center of Xiangfan First People's Hospital, said that from the medical check-up situation, there were also multiple hyperlipidemia, hypertension and fatty liver among civil servants, especially young civil servants. The main reason was due to intense work pressure and intense competition. Under constant stress, adrenaline is secreted, resulting in vasoconstriction and morbidity.
