"I think Pro Leather is the masterpiece of CONVERSE shoes," said Hiruma, a designer. "It inspired my creative inspiration and let me combine her legendary experience with the Florence culture that I grew up with, plus a unique perspective as a Japanese designer.
Last season, Hiruma began working with CONVERSE to design shoes. He has been trying to combine the legendary story of CONVERSE with Italy's top shoe making technology.
Born in Japan, Hiruma has become a senior shoemaking craftsman in Florence, Italy. With the artistic spirit of European Renaissance and the qualification of industrial design in Japan, he has perfected the artistic sense and extraordinary craft of CONVERSE brand and this Pro Leather.
