The blue book is an evaluation report on the social responsibility of top 100 state-owned enterprises, top 100 private enterprises and top 100 enterprises in China.
According to the blue book, in 2012, China's corporate social responsibility development index was relatively low, and 60% enterprises were still on the sidelines.
