In the meeting of Green Manufacturing Alliance - innovation and coordination of supply chain chemicals management and control, the China Textile Industry Federation launched the "2020 action plan for supply chain chemicals management innovation", and announced a strategic cooperation with the ZDHC foundation to promote chemical management in textile value chain.
The China Federation of textile industry is an industry organization representing the interests of China's textile industry. The 2020 program of action for supply chain chemicals management innovation, launched by the China Textile Industry Federation, is a cross industry policy framework for the textile industry. It aims to reduce the negative impact of the textile industry on human health and the environment, including innovative collaboration, standards integration, stakeholder participation, capacity-building and information exchange.
Cooperation with the ZDHC foundation can support the China Textile Industry Federation's "2020 program of action for supply chain chemicals management innovation" in the field of professional technology and guide applications. This cooperation will also promote the ZDHC foundation in China.
The main areas of cooperation agreement include expanding stakeholders, sharing best practices, promoting innovation, training and regional meetings.
