The most bustling block in Seoul, Ming Dong, even caters for Chinese tourists. The new beauty products are also marked in Chinese.

Duty-free shops in Korea also cooperate with credit card companies to provide promotions and entertain activities.

During the national day, the new world department store also held "K-beauty and Fashion Week" activities at the Ming Dong branch to attract Chinese tourists interested in Korean cosmetics.

Nam Ok-jin, a Samsung Securities researcher, said: "last year's promotional activities mainly provided discounted products, and the Korea Sale Festa integrated discounted promotions and cultural activities.

The launch of special events during the national day of China is expected to expand the impact.
