It was learned that La Natsu Bell, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai lash Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. entered into an investment agreement with Delhi and Hongche industries in September 28, 2016 and agreed to inject 50 million yuan into Hongche industry.

After the completion of the paction, Shanghai La Xia Business Management Co. Ltd. will directly hold 30% of Hongche industry.

On the same day, Shanghai Laxia Management Company Limited entered into a shareholder agreement with de Yue on the continuous management and operation of Hongche industry.

Hongche industry has also entered into an agreement on assets and business pfer with marray Shanghai. Shanghai has agreed to pfer its Maria Luisa brand assets, stores, sales channels and related businesses to Hongche industries.

Following the signing of the above agreements, Shanghai's Latin American Business Management Limited and Hongche industries entered into a joint venture agreement for the establishment of a joint venture.

Hongche industry and Shanghai La Xia Business Management Co., Ltd. will invest 8 million yuan and 12 million yuan respectively, accounting for 40% and 60% of the joint venture respectively.

La Natsu Bell said that the joint venture will create "Life Circle" brand and create a series of home furnishing to cater for the group's strategic concept of "life of La Xia".

According to its introduction, Hongche industry is engaged in the fashion industry. Its actual controller has over ten years experience in brand management and business operation at home and abroad. The brands currently operating in China include Nicolas AndreasTaralis and NN.
