Why is the demand for T-shirts so strong just in summer? Why do most of these T-shirt orders come from a British country?

In fact, these export T-shirts have little to do with the coming of summer. It is because British Prime Minister Boris Johnson recently suggested that people wear cloth masks in closed places. The so-called fabric masks are made of clothes, and the official documents also detail how to make masks with old clothes. That is why most of these enquiries and orders come from the United Kingdom.

At present, the global epidemic is still not showing signs of improvement. At the same time, some countries have begun to accelerate the pace of resumption of production, which, to some extent, aggravated the shortage of preventive products. Recently, the British prime minister suggested that the use of clothing to make masks is also a helpless move, but it virtually promoted the sale of T-shirts and other clothing.

Everything is possible under the epidemic.

This year's spring and summer clothing market was almost abandoned because of the epidemic. Spring and summer clothing production stagnated at the beginning of the year because of the outbreak of domestic epidemic and industrial stoppage. Some of the enterprises that were stocked up years ago were stuck in warehouses because of logistics disruption and shops shut down. It is hard to get to the domestic epidemic effectively controlled, and foreign epidemic like runaway wild horse, began to spread everywhere. The production and export of spring and summer clothing were again hit hard.

But who could have thought that T-shirts, which seemed to have nothing to do with the preventive products, suddenly became popular in the market. Although it is only part of summer clothing, it can also boost textile confidence. And the upstream knitwear, printing and dyeing factories of T-shirts will also benefit closely. At present, some of the knitted fabric factories and dyeing factories are out of fashion.

In recent years, products such as polyester and taffeta are extremely overloaded, especially this year, with scarce orders and high inventories. But Tav and other related enterprises are rational. The orders brought by the epidemic can only splash water, and can not set off big waves. A wave of goods and part of the inventory is already satisfactory. Continuing to invest and reserve raw material grey cloth is not a unified practice for textile workers.   The global economy is shrinking, the demand for textile and clothing is low, and the order of fabrics is very limited. It is difficult to meet the needs of the whole market just by epidemic prevention.

Similarly, for T-shirts to sell well, we also need to be rational. First of all, how to protect the respirator with clothing is still unknown. Once the effect is not good or a large number of masks will be replaced, it will seriously attack the clothing export of related aspects. On the other hand, masks are different from disposable masks. They can be used many times to reduce the cost of using them. The demand for clothing for masks is bound to be limited, and a wave of market is fleeting, which is not suitable for mass follow-up.

The epidemic is full of opportunities and risks everywhere. The market and policies are changing too fast. It seems that opportunities behind them may be traps.   The more textile people see others earn money, the more they must keep their minds calm, and must not blindly enter the market.
