According to the survey results released by the National Cotton Council (NCC), the intended planting area of cotton in the United States will be 11.47 million mu in 2021, a decrease of 5.2% year-on-year. Among them, the area of upland cotton was 11.3 million acres, a year-on-year decrease of 4.9%, and that of Pima cotton was 161000 acres, with a year-on-year decrease of 20.7%.
