Donghua University And Shaoxing Small And Medium Sized Textile Enterprises Promotion Association Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On March 2, Shaoxing Innovation Research Institute of Donghua University and Shaoxing small and medium-sized textile enterprises promotion association held a strategic cooperation negotiation meeting in the promotion building, and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry.

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the promotion of new materials, clothing design, functional masterbatch chemical fiber yarn and other fields, and will carry out a series of technical exchanges, scientific and technological lectures, project talent docking and other activities to serve the members of the association.

"With the emergence of cross-border e-commerce and new retail, customers have higher and higher requirements for materials. We plan to tap a number of small and medium-sized textile enterprises with R & D capabilities, and lead member units to actively integrate into the textile and clothing ecosystem." Changjiang Yiwei, chairman of Shaoxing small and medium-sized textile enterprises promotion association and director of Zhejiang Sanchuan Textile Technology Co., Ltd., said that at present, the association has more than 300 member units, nine of which have become Keqiao Textile enterprises.

This strategic cooperation will greatly promote the in-depth exchange and cooperation between scientific research institutes and enterprises, promote the implementation of industry university research projects, and introduce more high-end scientific and technological achievements and talent projects. Jiang Yiwei said that next, the association will set up a commercial operation platform to cooperate on several projects such as graphene fiber, flame retardant fiber and fabric design, so as to enable the brand with science and technology and create a new textile ecology.
