　　 The project adopts the self-developed high-performance resin based prepreg. By optimizing the processing parameters, the mechanical properties of the high-performance fiber composite are improved, and the use requirements of light weight and high strength are met. Using the streamline ergonomics design method and the multi moving block blowing molding process scheme, the integrated forming special mold was developed, which realized the integrated molding processing of the frame, improved the molding quality and structural strength of the car body, made the whole vehicle feel stronger in speed, higher in safety, and more suitable for children's racing.
