Textile Light: 2022 Teacher Award And Student Award Released

On October 21, the 2022 Teacher Award and student award evaluation meeting of China Textile Industry Federation was held in Dalian University of technology. Ni Yangsheng, executive chairman of China Textile and clothing education association and vice president of textile Zhiguang science and technology education foundation, and Du Ming, vice president of Dalian University of technology, attended the review meeting.

More than 10 teachers from 15 textile and clothing colleges and universities participated in the meeting, and more than 10 teachers participated in the online meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ni Yangsheng, executive chairman of China Textile and Garment Education Association and vice president of textile light science and technology education foundation, expressed his heartfelt thanks to the experts. I would like to thank Dalian University of technology for its strong support for the success of this conference. He stressed that the significance of the establishment of the "textile light" Teacher Award and student award is to encourage outstanding teachers and students, and at the same time affect more teachers and students to devote themselves to the textile industry. The development of the industry needs more talents. The Foundation hopes that through the incentive of the "textile light" Student Award, students can understand the textile industry, love the textile industry, and widely publicize their outstanding deeds, so as to encourage more excellent students to participate in the development of the national textile industry.

Du Ming, vice president of Dalian University of technology, extended a warm welcome to the leaders and experts participating in the evaluation, and expressed his gratitude to China Textile and clothing education society and textile Zhiguang science and technology education foundation for their long-term care and support to Dalian University of technology. In his speech, he introduced the basic situation of Dalian University of technology as well as the current development status and the key work to be carried out in the future. He also expressed his gratitude to the brother colleges for their long-term help and support.

In 2022, according to their own situation, the 16 textile and clothing colleges and universities selected 23 teachers and 154 students to win the "textile light" Teacher Award and student award respectively through the process of secondary Department recommendation, school difference selection, audit and publicity. Lu Shiyan of Zhongyuan Institute of technology won the special award of "textile light" teacher, and Liu Jingyuan of Dalian University of technology and Luo Mingjun of Tsinghua University respectively won the "light of textile" student special award.
