Implementation of IE regardless of product and Industry
The most important task for Zhao Junhua and Wang Yousong to join Xingye leather is to carry out the IE project.
What is IE?

Zhao Junhua's upcoming IE project in Xingye leather will start from five aspects: "people, machines, materials, laws, and rings", that is, "personnel, machinery and equipment, materials, methods, and environment" in five aspects.
Taking "people" as an example, the IE Department of Xingye leather has carefully observed that the operation of the workers in the workshop is very irregular, effective action is only 67%, and 33% of the operation is invalid labor.
Therefore, the IE department will formulate a set of minimum operation and the most efficient operation process through scientific calculation, avoid invalid labor, and take "machine" as an example. The leather enterprise's production, 90% of the work is completed by the machine, so the operation of the machine equipment is very important for production.
The IE department will work out a set of equipment maintenance plan according to the characteristics of the equipment, and maintain regularly from different days, weeks, months, seasons and years to ensure that the equipment keeps the best performance at all times and extends the service life of the machine.

Zhao Junhua said that the implementation of IE is to enable all sectors of the Department to serve the production best and fastest.
"The most conservative estimate is that in the initial stage of IE implementation, 3% of the annual production cost of Xingye leather is not a problem."
