Ankang, Shaanxi: Leaders Of Municipal Development And Reform Commission Investigate Sericulture Industry

On September 22, Deng Jun, deputy director of the development and Reform Commission of Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, and Wang Cheng'an, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of agriculture and rural affairs, accompanied by Zhang Jingguo, director of the city's sericulture center, visited jiatianyuan Ecological Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. of Hanyin county and Yixin agricultural and forestry comprehensive development Co., Ltd. of Hanbin District to investigate the circular breakthrough development projects in southern Shaanxi.

The investigation group heard the reports on the development of sericulture industry and the construction of the company by Zhu Aimin, the leader of Hanyin County agricultural and rural Bureau, the general manager of Jiamu Tianyuan Ecological Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Le, general manager of Hanbin Yixin agriculture and forestry comprehensive development Co., Ltd., and then inspected the mulberry garden construction, sericulture production, and Product development and other industrial development.

It is understood that Hanyin Jiamu Tianyuan Ecological Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is mainly engaged in tea planting, processing and sales. At present, the company has built a mulberry leaf tea processing plant, with an annual production of 50 tons of tea, with an output value of more than 23 million yuan. 16 superior clones of mulberry leaf tea, such as "Zhonghuang No.1", "Zhongbai No.1", were cultivated and introduced. The main products were more than 20 series products of "Jiamu selenium mulberry tea". In 2020, "Jiamu selenium mulberry tea" won the first prize of China tea cup, the second "Dragon Boat Festival Ankang" selenium water tea competition Silver Award in 2021, and applied for five selenium rich mulberry leaf tea invention patents.

Hanbin Yixin agriculture and forestry comprehensive development Co., Ltd. was established in October 2015. Following the concept of circular economy, green and ecology, and combining the requirements of "one county, one industry, one village, one product" and rural revitalization construction, the company has built a new ecological industrial park with agriculture as the carrier and the demonstration and leading functions of production, learning and research. At present, it has built 800 Mu high-efficiency mulberry plantation, 1300 square meters of standardized silkworm rearing room, and more than 300 silkworms a year. It has promoted the employment of 30 poor households and their surrounding areas, with a total of more than 200 people.

Deng Jun fully affirmed the new measures of sericulture development in Hanyin and Hanbin at present, and put forward the development requirements in the future: first, we should have firm confidence in the development of sericulture industry and develop it from the whole industrial chain; Second, it is necessary to study and judge the development situation according to the characteristics of the enterprise, and scientifically demonstrate and analyze the design, scale, direction, content and product development of sericulture projects; Third, the project design should meet the requirements of the project guide, consider the radiation drive to farmers and the win-win benefits of enterprises, control the scale and breakthrough direction combined with the actual situation, and strive for the implementation of the project.

Wang Cheng'an proposed that we should conscientiously implement the guidance of deputy director Deng Jun and organize the implementation according to the requirements of the project. Ankang sericulture center should cooperate with enterprises to do a good job in project packaging and preliminary investigation, assist in project application, and strive to promote the development of sericulture industry through project implementation.
